Dr. Mike, a Registered Nurse by training, shares his story of triumph in the face of adversity to EDUCATE, ENCOURAGE, INSPIRE, and MOTIVATE individuals to strive for excellence. His hard work and determination has yielded many successes over his 20 year career in healthcare and nursing. This includes Dr. Mike becoming the first black male and only the third male to successfully defend a dissertation in the Hampton University School of Nursing Doctor of Philosophy Program. Dr. Mike has traveled extensively sharing positivity through humor and candor. Dr. Mike was recently featured in the "Positive Vibes Only" segment of "Beyond the Headlines with Renee Washington" on Fox Sports Radio!
